Prep Schools

British Preparatory Schools or Prep Schools are for students from 7yrs to 11yrs or 13yrs depending on the transition age to a senior school. Pre-Preps are often combined with Prep Schools and cater for 3 to 7yr olds. Many Prep Schools prepare their students for the Common Entrance examination to assess their ability before progressing to senior school. The main points of entry are: Eleven years old - Year 7, Thirteen years old - Year 9, Sixteen years old - Year 12

Sixth Form
